What we process
Loquendo.ai processes the writing you enter and your chosen voice and language to create audio. Our voice processor, ElevenLabs, receives the text needed for that conversion. Do not enter confidential information or another person’s data without permission.
Your account
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information needed to identify your account, such as your name, email address, and profile image. An account is not required to try the studio. Session cookies keep you signed in when sign-in is available.
Audio and security
The service stores technical generation records and may retain the script and audio to deliver results, prevent abuse, and manage service allowances. Cloudflare provides hosting and storage. Technical records may include an IP address and request details. Files you download are under your control on your device.
Contact and your data
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@loquendo.ai from the address associated with your account. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you own the account. We do not sell your scripts or personal data.
